Refund and Returns Policy
Please note that all our policies, terms and conditions should be read before placing your order as we will ensure compliance.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 5-7 calendar days. If 5-7 calendar days has elapsed after your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Some goods are exempted from being returned. We also do not accept products that have been used or worn.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Clothing (for hygiene purposes)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without a proper assessment by our team.
In some situations, such as these ONLY store credit(s) are granted;
- Any item in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts due to our error.
- A sold out item.
- Wrong sizing
- A mix up in your order
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected; we will send you an email. We will also notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or delayed refunds
Incase of a delayed refund; first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time/days before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong sizing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cuddlesza@gmail.com
Exchanges/Store credit will not be granted unless ALL the following conditions are met
- No stains on garment
- Item in original packaging
- No rips or cuts on fabric
- Exchange is initiated within 5-7 calendar days of purchase.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
